Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
We do not ship or process orders on weekends and major holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide to most countries, including North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Oceania.
If you cannot select your country at checkout, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

4. Shipping Cost
- Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $79.99 USD.
- For orders below this threshold, a flat international shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a full tracking number and tracking link.
You can track your package online at any time until delivery is completed.
6. Customs & Import Duties
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our store.
- Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.
7. Undelivered & Returned Packages
- Please ensure you enter a full, accurate and correct shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, the buyer will be responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
