Return and Refund Policy


We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.



EU 7-Day Cooling Off Period


Notwithstanding the terms above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without justification. Refunds


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
